Senior Procurement Specialist (Technology)

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver sourcing solutions for technology, SaaS software, professional services, and third-party data categories.
• Lead competitive RFx processes, including requirements development, pricing models, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
• Develop negotiation strategies and manage contracts through execution, renewal, and ongoing optimization.
• Identify cost savings and value creation opportunities across third-party technology and services spend.
• Measure supplier performance and lead stakeholder feedback sessions and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk, and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, finance operations, and analytics within Indirect Services procurement.
• Strong contracting and negotiation expertise for SaaS, professional services, technology, software, and third-party data agreements.
• Knowledge of supplier contractual provisions supporting regulatory requirements.
• End-to-end Procure-to-Pay experience, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and payment workflows.
• Experience using procurement technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve sourcing and decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Legal, Risk, Finance, business leadership, and strategic suppliers.
