Procurement Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote within Bulgaria, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, Portugal, Spain, or Austria

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement requests, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, vendor comparisons, and purchase order creation.
• Support negotiations covering pricing, commercial terms, and renewal conditions.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships across software, professional services, facilities, and marketing categories.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and align specifications.
• Track contract renewals, budgets, supplier performance, procurement KPIs, and management reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, support supplier consolidation, and maintain vendor and contract records in line with internal policies and outsourcing requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or a similar commercial role.
• Working knowledge of contract terms, commercial negotiation, and vendor risk assessment.
• Experience running RFPs/RFQs and comparing vendor proposals.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and negotiation skills, including the ability to manage spend data, budgets, and multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and business teams.
• Fluency in English and availability to work remotely from one of the listed European locations are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement or procure-to-pay platforms such as Zip, Omnea, or Pivot.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology or financial services company.
• Familiarity with outsourcing registers or third-party risk frameworks in a regulated financial environment.
