Salary: £85,493 - £100,580

What you will do

• Analyze costs using data, benchmarking, and best practice case studies to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop narratives and build advocacy for structural changes and cost-out initiatives to maintain cost leadership in Financial Services.
• Review and challenge 4YOP submissions with a strategic cost-optimization mindset.
• Evaluate material contracts and support the Group Cost Management Committee (GCMC) decision-making process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to drive unit cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong analytical background with expertise in data relationships, trends analysis, and modeling.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior partners to shape strategic thinking.
• Experience with Product or P&L management.
• Capability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality.
• High attention to detail in producing written reports and high-quality output for Executive Committee levels.
