What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Private Credit deal flow, including pipeline tracking, trade capture, and settlement processes.
• Design and implement corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support business growth.
• Oversee outsourced loan administrators and fund accountants, monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Act as the key interface between Front Office, Investment Operations, and third-party providers for transaction data validation.
• Produce accurate and insightful management information to support senior stakeholder decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior associates, ensuring high delivery standards.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and a 2:1 Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Private Credit, asset management, or a similar investment environment.
• Strong knowledge of debt fund accounting, IFRS, and financial analysis.
• Experience implementing funds from first close through to investment and realisation.
• Proven track record of leading teams and influencing senior management and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in London for onsite work.
