Private Credit Senior Operations Manager

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Private Credit deal flow, including pipeline tracking, trade capture, execution, and settlements.
• Design, implement, and enhance governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and operational controls.
• Oversee outsourced loan administrators and fund accountants, monitor KPIs, and drive service improvements.
• Coordinate between Private Credit front office, Investment Operations, Business Analysts, Technology, and third-party providers to validate and process transaction data.
• Produce management information for senior stakeholders and identify operational risks and control gaps.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior associates while supporting business and operational projects.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong academic background, including a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Private Credit, asset management, or a similar investment environment, with knowledge of deal lifecycles and operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of debt fund accounting, IFRS, financial analysis, financial performance, and covenant structures.
• Experience supporting funds from first close through investment, monitoring, and eventual realisation.
• Experience leading a team and influencing fund managers, senior management, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
