What you will do

  • Design and implement local growth strategies, including geo-expansion and vertical launches.
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives tailored to the Nigeria context to optimize adoption and ROI.
  • Build and manage high-impact relationships with local fleets, enterprises, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to localize and pilot business initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs using SQL and Tableau to identify bottlenecks and optimize operational performance.
  • Navigate complex competitive and regulatory environments to solve operational challenges.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles, preferably in tech, mobility, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights (SQL proficiency is a plus).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business results and execution.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Fluent English with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Must be based in Nigeria.
