What you will do
- Design and implement local growth strategies, including geo-expansion and vertical launches.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives tailored to the Nigeria context to optimize adoption and ROI.
- Build and manage high-impact relationships with local fleets, enterprises, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to localize and pilot business initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs using SQL and Tableau to identify bottlenecks and optimize operational performance.
- Navigate complex competitive and regulatory environments to solve operational challenges.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles, preferably in tech, mobility, or logistics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights (SQL proficiency is a plus).
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business results and execution.
- High level of autonomy and ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Fluent English with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Must be based in Nigeria.
