What you will do

• Manage assigned partners to achieve bookings quota and product targets in the territory.
• Drive territory channel planning, including capacity, recruitment, and enablement requirements.
• Identify, recruit, and on-board top partners to ensure success in marketing hirify.global solutions.
• Conduct joint-business planning with top territory partners and ensure they remain up-to-date on certifications.
• Collaborate with distribution managers to implement the regional channel strategy.
• Act as the single point of contact for top partners to ensure satisfaction and strong consultative relationships.

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary education.
• In-depth experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners in a technology environment.
• Proven experience developing territory and business plans.
• Knowledge of security and general software channel ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting systems.
• Fluent English and local language skills.
