What you will do
- Manage daily operations including quotation, contract management, billing reconciliation, and AR collection.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and Account Managers to oversee daily delivery and customer experience.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery process across the customer lifecycle with Delivery and back-office teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction by tracking adoption and delivering QBR insights regarding usage and sentiment.
- Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Services teams.
- Support commercial execution including licensing knowledge and overall account health.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 1–5 years of experience preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (reading and writing required).
- Must be based in Shanghai, China.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and coordination skills.
