What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for both enterprise and growth segments, from prospecting to commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders including Heads of Compliance, Chief Risk Officers, and procurement leaders.
  • Develop and iterate on a repeatable, high-velocity sales playbook for mid-sized financial institutions and corporates.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within the existing client base, supporting migrations from acquired product lines.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce while providing market intelligence to internal product and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of global financial services compliance, regulations, and market pressures.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at the executive level.
  • Ability to construct effective commercial strategies for both high-ACV enterprise accounts and high-velocity growth segments.
  • Excellent communication skills for building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and delivering against consistent revenue targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining high standards of quality and commercial rigour.
