What you will do
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for both enterprise and growth segments, from prospecting to commercial negotiation and closing.
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders including Heads of Compliance, Chief Risk Officers, and procurement leaders.
- Develop and iterate on a repeatable, high-velocity sales playbook for mid-sized financial institutions and corporates.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within the existing client base, supporting migrations from acquired product lines.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce while providing market intelligence to internal product and GTM teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of global financial services compliance, regulations, and market pressures.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at the executive level.
- Ability to construct effective commercial strategies for both high-ACV enterprise accounts and high-velocity growth segments.
- Excellent communication skills for building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and delivering against consistent revenue targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining high standards of quality and commercial rigour.
