What you will do

• Manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control.
• Analyze statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage partner relations and complex requests via Bitrix CRM.
• Optimize partner-related processes, tools, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian: C1+ required.
• Proficiency in English: B1+ required.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China or Almaty, Kazakhstan.
• Experience in negotiating and working with contractors or partners.
• Strong data analysis skills using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
