Business Development Representative (SaaS)

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue generation by delivering a high-quality sales pipeline for the APAC region with an accent on nurturing PAYGO customers and identifying expansion opportunities. Focus on leveraging data-driven approaches to map customer needs to 's product suite and building strong relationships in Mandarin-speaking markets.

What you will do
- Manage a book of business for free, pro, and business customers to identify and nurture expansion opportunities.
- Own and meet target quotas related to the number of qualified opportunities, pipeline value, and revenue.
- Identify target accounts using a qualitative and data-driven approach with tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, and sales operations to drive growth.
- Utilize SFDC to report, track, and manage sales activities and results.
- Contribute to the creation and iteration of BDR team processes and campaigns.
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin is a must for daily communication with China-based customers.
- Must be based in Beijing, China to support a hybrid work model.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, and present complex business information in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar capacity within the technology industry.
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Outreach, and SFDC reporting.
- Experience with data analysis.
