Customer Success Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Hong Kong). Some regional travel across APAC is expected.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to exchanges, brokers, fintechs, and banks across the APAC region.
• Help customers strengthen their compliance programs and maximize the value of their investment in hirify.global.
• Drive customer adoption, retention, and long-term growth within strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to drive customer outcomes.
• Manage executive-level stakeholders and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and the trade lifecycle.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or digital asset clients is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with market surveillance, AML, fraud detection, compliance operations, or risk management.
• Interest in digital assets and blockchain technology.
