What you will do
- Lead regional budgeting and rolling forecasting processes for EMEA.
- Partner with the Vice President EMEA and regional stakeholders to steer the business through financial analysis and recommendations.
- Analyze product mix, pricing, cost structures, market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create executive dashboards, KPIs, and financial narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
- Optimize forecast models, automate reporting, and support SAP S/4HANA and Power BI integration.
- Coordinate financial closing, cost allocations, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and reporting digitalization across the region.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a similar field, with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling, preferably in B2B software or technology.
- Experience in multi-entity or regional finance environments, including consolidation, variance analysis, and planning models.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA FI/CO skills; SAP Group Reporting is a plus.
- Strong commercial judgment, communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to work across cultures and functions.
- Fluent German and English are required.
