What you will do

• Own regional budgeting and rolling forecast processes for EMEA.
• Act as a finance business partner to the Vice President EMEA.
• Analyze product mix, pricing, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and financial narratives for stakeholders.
• Streamline forecast models and automate reporting using SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
• Manage internal cost allocations and intercompany processes across the region.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling, ideally in B2B software or tech.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO).
• Strong experience in multi-entity or regional finance environments.
• Fluent in German and English required.
• Structured, proactive approach with strong executive presence.
