What you will do

• Prepare monthly IFRS reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and variance analysis.
• Handle annual statutory financial statements (HGB) and reconcile them with IFRS.
• Manage and submit VAT returns within the VAT group.
• Optimize accounting processes (AP, travel expenses) and develop the Internal Control System (ICS).
• Lead ERP system implementations and enhancements for accounting and treasury.
• Provide technical guidance and support to accountants throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in IFRS reporting and solid knowledge of HGB accounting.
• Working knowledge of European VAT and international tax matters.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ideally NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Business fluency in both German and English is required.
• Must be based in Germany.
