What you will do

• Provide operational support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to drive overall compliance.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including promotions, transfers, layoffs, and resignations.
• Handle case management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations based on the company handbook.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and the administration of company and government benefits.
• Drive employee engagement activities and maintain positive relations with business partners.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company processes and HR standards across the assigned business unit.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of HR and Admin experience specifically within the BPO or Shared Service industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
• Ability to work night shifts: Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM.
• Strong communication skills and proven experience in performance management and employee relations.
