What you will do

• Lead talent selection by creating hiring processes, evaluating candidates, and managing onboarding.
• Guide managers and employees through performance reviews and provide coaching to improve behavior and performance.
• Create development plans and identify high-potential talent to ensure optimal role matching.
• Advise on compensation, job leveling, and manage salary, bonus, and incentive planning.
• Drive employee advocacy and engagement initiatives while promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Monitor employee morale and help leaders implement cultural changes to maintain a positive workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience, specifically in talent selection, management, or employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of Philippine employment laws.
• Proven background in performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Experience with HR systems, specifically knowledge of Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
