HRIS Analyst II (Workday)

What you will do

• Support HR Operations with Workday system inquiries and day-to-day configuration requests.
• Create, modify, schedule, and validate Workday reports.
• Create supervisory organizations, cost centers, and locations.
• Process, load, and validate EIBs and provide guidance to business users.
• Configure business process workflows, compensation plans, job profiles, merit, bonus, and stock plans.
• Support talent and performance functionality, including performance templates, talent cards, and Nbox reporting.

Requirements

• Workday configuration experience is required.
• At least two years of experience with Workday HCM; Workday Pro certification is an advantage.
• Ability to create and modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules.
• Familiarity with annual review processes, talent and performance functionality, and the Workday ecosystem.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and confidently gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Advanced spoken English competency is required.
