TL;DR

HRIS Analyst II (Workday): Support configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday HRIS system with a focus on Benefits and Absence modules. with an accent on handling BAU requests, reporting, EIB processing, and business processes. Focus on requirements gathering, compensation reviews, talent and performance management, and providing guidance to business users.

What you will do

  • Handle BAU requests including report creation/modification/scheduling, organization setup, and EIB processing/loading/validation.
  • Provide "how-to" guidance to business users and gather requirements confidently.
  • Manage Workday reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules.
  • Support compensation reviews including job profiles, plans, merit/bonus/stock, and complex calculated fields.
  • Configure talent and performance features like templates, talent cards, and nBox reporting.
  • Understand and work with business processes, validation rules, and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Workday HCM (Pro certification advantage).
  • Ability to create/modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, validation rules.
  • Familiarity with annual review process, talent and performance, and Workday ecosystem.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Confident English communication with business users.
  • Location: Manila, PH.
