What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, drawings, and health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, planners, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Enforce site safety protocols and conduct regular safety and environmental audits.
• Manage and motivate site personnel while conducting inductions and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to provide progress updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Washington, United Kingdom.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, preferably within the water sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
