What you will do

• Provide single-point leadership, assurance, and accountability for all engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams, integrating civil, mechanical, electrical, C&I, process, and gas systems design.
• Act as the contractor's technical authority to ensure the engineering solution is safe, compliant, and buildable.
• Manage engineering interfaces with live high-pressure gas assets and mitigate operational risks.
• Support formal safety and design assurance activities, including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, and HAZCON.
• Manage technical change control and oversee commissioning, testing, and final handover documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Project Engineer in large-scale EPC project environments.
• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline; Chartered Engineer status or equivalent industry experience.
• Deep understanding of high-pressure process piping systems, civil/structural elements, and process control systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to be site-based in Gloucestershire and travel to regional offices.
