What you will do

• Plan and manage the delivery of multiple projects valued up to £10 million.
• Act as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 regulations.
• Oversee commercial aspects including budget management, cost control, and margin achievement.
• Lead HSQE procedures and promote a proactive safety culture through site inspections.
• Provide line management and mentorship to Site Managers, Engineers, and Foremen.
• Coordinate supply chain partners and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree, HND, or HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the water industry.
• Valid SMSTS (CITB) and CSCS (Manager Level) certifications.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Demonstrable knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.

Nice to have

• APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification.
• NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Temporary Works Coordinator certification.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar planning tools.
• SEATS or Environmental Management training.
