What you will do

• Schedule highly qualified meetings for field sales team members using defined methodologies.
• Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies to develop the assigned territory.
• Manage marketing lead generation and follow up on inbound leads.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to build a strong, qualified pipeline.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, and Claude AI to drive impact.
• Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics including calls, emails, and meetings.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and native/bilingual in German.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Security preferred.
• Competitive mentality with a commitment to continuous learning and feedback.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
