What you will do
- Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from the Salesforce queue to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Conduct proactive inbound and outbound outreach to reactivate inactive partners and end customers.
- Utilize digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-driven applications to generate and convert leads.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Account Managers to optimize lead quality and ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and act as an internal super-user for the regional team.
- Participate in trade fairs and partner meetings to gain firsthand market insights.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- Strong sales-driven personality with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Passion for technology, with experience in the IT or security industry being a significant advantage.
