What you will do

• Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from the Salesforce queue to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Conduct proactive inbound and outbound outreach to reactivate inactive partners and end customers.
• Utilize digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-driven applications to generate and convert leads.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Account Managers to optimize lead quality and ensure seamless handovers.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and act as an internal super-user for the regional team.
• Participate in trade fairs and partner meetings to gain firsthand market insights.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Strong sales-driven personality with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for technology, with experience in the IT or security industry being a significant advantage.
