What you will do
- Develop sales strategies and improve forecast accuracy to deliver financial targets and cost savings.
- Analyze customers and markets to create action plans for sustainable growth.
- Expand sub-retailer networks and establish new Aligned Distributors to increase market share.
- Monitor sales targets and manage credit to align with company cash flow objectives.
- Execute joint business plans for Autocare and Multi-brand stores to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Lead and coach the team, develop successors, and provide comprehensive product training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a sales lead with proven team management skills.
- Direct experience implementing and developing the “Aligned Distributor” program in Thailand.
- English: Excellent proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work at Pathum Thani, Thailand.
Nice to have
- Strong record of sales achievement and experience closing complex deals.
- 3-5 years of experience in influencing and coaching teams.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Ability to travel to upcountry locations.
