What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for assigned large enterprise accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive the customer planning process and lead virtual account teams to build growth strategies.
- Develop accurate short and long-term sales forecasts based on account growth plans.
- Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with C-level executives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize communication solutions based on client requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets to drive business success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of executive-level enterprise UCaaS or CCaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers up to the C-level.
- Ability to lead virtual teams and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Must be based in Thailand.
