What you will do
- Design and optimize consolidation processes in LucaNet, focusing on intercompany reconciliations and capital consolidation.
- Consolidate individual financial statements and contribute to the preparation of group-level reports.
- Perform budget-vs-actual variance analyses and provide financial insights.
- Advise group entities on harmonizing accounting and tax treatments.
- Continuously refine reporting workflows to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in group accounting and consolidation.
- Expertise in HGB/IFRS reporting standards and consolidation software like LucaNet.
- German: C1+ proficiency required.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
- Ability to work on-site in Berlin, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Experience with DATEV.
