Director of Finance, EMEA

What you will do

• Lead regional finance operations and provide financial insight, challenge, and recommendations to the CFO and EMEA business leaders.
• Own EMEA budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting, and analysis of performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee financial reporting, statutory, tax, regulatory, payroll, governance, internal controls, and risk management across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Partner with global Accounting, Billing, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Tax, International, and shared-service teams to deliver scalable regional finance processes.
• Represent EMEA requirements in the future migration from Microsoft Dynamics SL to an updated ERP platform.
• Lead and develop the regional finance team and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and external advisors.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified management accountant with CIMA or an equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience overseeing finance operations across multiple EMEA legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Experience with financial governance, reporting, VAT, international tax, transfer pricing, payroll compliance, financial controls, and multi-currency reporting.
• Experience establishing and managing European legal entities and working in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with strong numerical, analytical, organisational, and planning abilities.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals, with willingness and ability to travel as required.
