Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Track client performance guarantees (PGs), contract commitments, exceptions, and approval requirements.
• Maintain accurate PG-related data and documentation to support reporting and visibility.
• Support the review of contract redlines and PG-related issues under senior direction.
• Assist Finance with processes related to forecasting and accrual considerations.
• Maintain governance documentation, workflows, and tracking of PG activities.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO; or New York, NY (Hybrid).
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, contract support, or healthcare administration.
• Strong documentation and data-tracking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
