What you will do

• Analyze relational datasets to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create standardized code templates to automate deliverables and streamline routine tasks.
• Design and implement scalable processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, product, and clinical operations.
• Prepare high-level user documentation including SOPs, Job Aids, and BRDs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare data experience
• 2+ years of experience in government programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange)
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence tools
• 1+ year of experience working with Python
• 1+ year of experience with pharmacy data
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
