TL;DR

Location: Hybrid 3 days (offices in NYC, Denver, and Charlotte, NC)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Support intake review, issue validation, routing, and tracking of client services and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow maps.
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and propose improvement opportunities.
- Perform light analysis to identify patterns, recurring issues, or workflow bottlenecks.
- Maintain trackers and dashboards to provide visibility into operational activity.
- Participate in cross-functional planning and problem-solving activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, operations, or process support roles.
- Strong documentation, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and workflow tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
