TL;DR

Workforce Management Analyst (Healthcare): Optimizing workforce performance across service and clinical operations with an accent on intraday management, forecasting, and resource allocation. Location: Remote (US). Not eligible for hire in AK, CA, CO, HI, NY, or WA.

Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 annually

What you will do

  • Monitor staffing levels and notify leadership of variances to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Forecast staffing needs based on activity and volume for Intake and Clinical RN teams.
  • Lead daily meetings with call center management to review performance trends and impacts.
  • Analyze productivity and agent-level performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage overtime and voluntary time off recommendations based on operational needs.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and process flows for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience with WFM platforms such as NICE IEX, Verint, or Genesys WFM.
  • Proven experience in call center and back-office operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for custom modeling and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimization concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding AK, CA, CO, HI, NY, and WA).

Nice to have

  • Experience in Healthcare or utilization management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
