What you will do

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives by managing workstreams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build financial models, operational analyses, and business cases to inform executive decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and reports that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Partner with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to support enterprise-wide initiatives across revenue cycle and finance.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to contribute to process improvements and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Health Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare operations, or investment banking.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing executive-level presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
