What you will do

• Coordinate payroll and ensure full compliance with Hungarian labor law and internal policies.
• Manage end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding/offboarding and HRIS updates.
• Maintain accurate employee data and prepare HR reports, supporting audits.
• Partner with managers on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• Solid background in HR administration and payroll.
• Good working knowledge of Hungarian labor law.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent/Professional level of Hungarian and English, written and verbal.
• Valid working Visa for Hungary required.
