HR Generalist

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll providers and maintain accurate records in the HRIS.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and daily queries.
• Oversee collective labor relations, including communication with Works Councils and negotiation of agreements.
• Partner with managers to identify training needs and facilitate career development discussions.
• Lead HR projects and develop internal communications to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Bagneux (Paris) office
• Fluent in French (C1 level) and professional English proficiency
• Solid foundation in HR administration and labor law compliance
• Experience in managing employee relations and payroll processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a virtual, international team
• Ability to multitask and challenge the status quo to improve HR efficiency
