What you will do

• Review and verify personnel and salary data to ensure accuracy in capture.
• Execute timely, high-quality payroll processing and post transactions in the financial accounting system.
• Manage documentation and reporting for comprehensive pension and insurance benefits.
• Provide competent advice to employees and internal departments on payroll accounting questions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tax advisors, auditors, and tax offices.
• Coordinate with local, regional, and global finance functions to ensure billing standards.

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training with additional qualification or a business administration degree specializing in finance.
• Initial professional experience in finance, specifically in payroll accounting (international service company experience preferred).
• Sound knowledge of tax and social security regulations relevant to salary and benefits.
• Familiarity with payroll software, ideally Paisy or ADP.
• Excellent German language proficiency.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
