What you will do
- Define and govern the global Lead-to-Order process, ensuring alignment with data strategy and governance.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for process optimization focusing on revenue growth and customer/colleague experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure seamless end-to-end Lead-to-Cash journeys.
- Implement process automation solutions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce manual effort.
- Optimize CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud) to ensure data integrity and scalability.
- Create standard operating procedures and lead training workshops to drive global adoption.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives in complex, multi-regional organizations.
- Deep expertise in Lead-to-Order or Quote-to-Cash end-to-end business processes.
- Experience in product management with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP platforms, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to guide senior leadership.
- Must be based in the London office.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud Certifications.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks.
- Experience in B2B sales environments or enterprise-level professional services.
- Experience with digital transformation and automation projects.
