Location: Based in London office (Hybrid: 3+ days in-person)

What you will do

  • Define and govern the global Lead-to-Order process, ensuring alignment with data strategy and governance.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for process optimization focusing on revenue growth and customer/colleague experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure seamless end-to-end Lead-to-Cash journeys.
  • Implement process automation solutions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce manual effort.
  • Optimize CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud) to ensure data integrity and scalability.
  • Create standard operating procedures and lead training workshops to drive global adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives in complex, multi-regional organizations.
  • Deep expertise in Lead-to-Order or Quote-to-Cash end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience in product management with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP platforms, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to guide senior leadership.
  • Must be based in the London office.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud Certifications.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments or enterprise-level professional services.
  • Experience with digital transformation and automation projects.
