Focus on enhancing Salesforce capabilities, automating commercial lifecycles, and driving organization-wide CRM adoption.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK)

Salary: Up to £66,341 (including London Weighting)

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the Ad Sales commercial systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and user needs.
  • Lead the optimization of Salesforce and the ongoing evolution of Media Cloud capabilities.
  • Translate complex business requirements into platform enhancements, user stories, and workflow improvements.
  • Design and automate commercial workflows to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
  • Drive CRM adoption and governance through training, change management, and the creation of a champions network.
  • Improve operational visibility and data quality using dashboards, KPIs, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and improving Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and CRM processes.
  • Experience translating business requirements into platform improvements and roadmap initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in driving user enablement, training, and change management across commercial teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, operational, and technical functions.
  • Experience delivering operational improvements to enhance data quality and reporting.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud.
  • Background in media, advertising, publishing, or commercial sales organizations.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in Commercial Systems.
  • Familiarity with media planning tools and Ad Tech platforms.
