What you will do

• Develop and execute digital trading strategies to drive online sales and platform performance.
• Manage multiple categories to meet sales targets across the UK and Ireland.
• Collaborate with commercial, trade planning, and digital merchandising teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze category performance and provide actionable recommendations to increase conversion rates.
• Align product selection for digital communications with marketing and CRM teams.
• Lead and mentor a Digital Trader to foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from Yeovil.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Intermediate proficiency in GA4.
• Competence in Oracle Reporting or Power BI.
• Experience in people management.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
