What you will do

• Contribute to platform vision and align product roadmaps with strategic business objectives.
• Lead discovery activities using quantitative and qualitative data to validate solutions and identify opportunities.
• Manage and mentor Product Analysts/Owners to support their professional development and delivery success.
• Collaborate with UX and technical leads to define customer journeys and ensure high-quality product design.
• Monitor KPIs and market trends to identify potential problems and drive continuous product improvement.
• Act as a Product Owner within delivery squads when required, managing backlogs and supporting live issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester or Leeds for hybrid work.
• Demonstrable digital product management experience using data-led prioritization and build-test-learn loops.
• Proficiency in performing independent quantitative research using SQL, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
• Strong leadership capability with experience in cross-functional and matrix environments.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, with the ability to act as a Product Owner.
• Experience in recruiting and performing user research to validate customer needs.

Nice to have

• Investment industry experience or personal investment background.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization, CRO techniques, and service design principles.
• Formal Product Management or Product Owner training.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ProdPad.
