What you will do
- Lead and develop the Renewals team, managing forecasting, pipeline, and commercial execution.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to reduce revenue leakage and optimize renewal processes.
- Drive strategic initiatives for the SaaS operating model, including pricing, CPQ readiness, and billing improvements.
- Enhance CRM discipline, reporting, and commercial governance to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional delivery, ensuring alignment and adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewals within a SaaS/subscription business.
- Solid experience leading renewals or commercial operations teams.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, and commercial governance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and commercial systems such as CPQ, ERP, or billing platforms.
