What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Renewals team, managing forecasting, pipeline, and commercial execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to reduce revenue leakage and optimize renewal processes.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for the SaaS operating model, including pricing, CPQ readiness, and billing improvements.
  • Enhance CRM discipline, reporting, and commercial governance to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery, ensuring alignment and adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewals within a SaaS/subscription business.
  • Solid experience leading renewals or commercial operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, and commercial governance.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and commercial systems such as CPQ, ERP, or billing platforms.
