Salary: £64,000 – £67,500

What you will do

  • Develop GTM strategies and tactics for assigned territories and accounts.
  • Generate pipeline in collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel teams.
  • Manage and execute deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
  • Present the hirify.global portfolio's value and capabilities to customers.
  • Manage opportunities using Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple simultaneous deals.
  • Experience in executive-level selling.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Training in sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
