Location: Remote (Must be UK-based)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 base salary

What you will do
- Identify and progress new corporate opportunities across HR, CSR, and ESG functions.
- Engage senior stakeholders within enterprise organizations of 1,000+ employees.
- Lead commercial conversations, develop proposals, and manage procurement processes.
- Close contracts and ensure smooth handovers to the Customer Success team.
- Provide market insights to help refine the overall commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience with consultative, relationship-led selling at the C-suite level.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to conduct deep discovery conversations.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
- Must be based in the UK.
- Self-motivated with a remote-first mindset.
