What you will do

• Audit and clean Salesforce data, focusing on deduplication, enrichment, and naming conventions.
• Collaborate with FP&A and finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and scalability of automated invoicing.
• Set up recurring data quality checks between CRM and third-party tools like marketing automation.
• Standardize ownership rules and data fields across all integrated entities.
• Build and maintain reliable dashboards and reports for sales leadership and commercial teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for CRM and data-related inquiries from commercial teams.

Requirements

• Initial experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Salesforce Administration (internships or apprenticeships included).
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong skills in data cleaning, cross-tool reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize multiple workstreams in a live integration environment.
• Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
