What you will do

• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze current business processes and propose data-driven systematic improvements.
• Manage the full intake process for system enhancements, from initial discussions to solution delivery.
• Act as the primary SFDC expert for Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation super users.
• Lead the SFDC implementation board for Demand Gen Ops, bridging the gap between business needs and IT development.
• Document system requirements, design and validate solutions, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support change management efforts and maintain core business application stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an internal Sales or Marketing Operations role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SFDC implementations.
• Salesforce administration certification or equivalent experience is essential.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
