What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and ongoing account growth.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C-suite stakeholders.
• Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hong Kong or Singapore.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for custom integration and API development.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global's developer platform, specifically Workers AI and AI Gateway.
• Applied knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures.
