What you will do
- Act as a trusted partner for customers to integrate platforms into daily academic practice via training and end-user sessions.
- Build and review engagement plans for key accounts to achieve educational goals and drive usage.
- Monitor adoption metrics and track usage to generate actionable customer insights and prevent risks.
- Oversee the renewals pipeline and targets in close partnership with Account Managers.
- Identify and collaborate on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process for customers.
Requirements
- Ability to work with high autonomy and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a high sense of accountability for business goals.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and building stakeholder partnerships.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Collaborative profile comfortable leveraging AI-driven tools to improve efficiency.
- Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brasil
