What you will do
- Develop trusted advisor relationships aligned with customer business goals and strategies.
- Map the customer journey and standardize touchpoints to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor usage and adoption data to maintain accurate customer health scores.
- Partner with Sales, Channel Partners, and Renewals teams to identify and drive expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive subscription revenue retention and reduce churn through increased product adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success.
- Must reside in the Sao Paulo, Brazil area.
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese for business and technical conversations.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, and networking markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the US.
