What you will do

  • Analyze and drive product adoption for a variety of SMB accounts to ensure they realize maximum value from the platform.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients for adapting business processes to work efficiently with hirify.global.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer strategy, product training, and non-technical support questions.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders to align on goals and showcase delivered value.
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure seamless renewals and maintain commercial alignment.
  • Collaborate with Customer Onboarding Managers to transition clients from onboarding to active usage.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Jakarta
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to follow up.
  • Proven experience managing a large number of accounts using a "Tech-Touch" engagement model.
  • Domain knowledge in at least two of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a team-player mindset.
