What you will do

• Own the full hiring lifecycle from role scoping and sourcing to interviewing and closing top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on expectations and enhance the candidate and interviewer experience.
• Build diverse talent pipelines while optimizing for quality-of-hire and reduced time-to-hire.
• Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and optimize recruiting processes.
• Act as a trusted adviser to leaders in Space, Weather, Go-to-Market, and G&A teams.
• Refine recruiting practices to scale with the business and support long-term growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience within a SaaS/AI startup environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing talent across Tech, GTM, and G&A functions.
• Experience leveraging AI to automate sourcing, scheduling, and analysis.
• Previous experience recruiting candidates in the space or aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in competency and behavioral-based interviewing.
• Experience optimizing ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
