What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer letter for assigned high-priority roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other specialized channels.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on market dynamics and talent trade-offs.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with the employer brand.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress within Workday.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality hires in high-volume or high-priority settings.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building talent pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
