What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle searches for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles.
- Generate high-quality candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies and AI-augmented workflows.
- Manage desk operations using funnel metrics and channel mix data to optimize search efficiency.
- Maintain flawless documentation and process integrity within Greenhouse.
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on assessment best practices and market mapping.
- Handle sensitive information with total confidentiality while maintaining an all-hands-on-deck approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Expert proficiency in Greenhouse for job configuration, scheduling, and automation.
- Advanced capability with LinkedIn Recruiter and talent CRM platforms like Gem or SourceWhale.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate funnel metrics into actionable pipeline strategies.
- Immaculate written communication skills and experience as a skilled behavioral interviewer.
- AI fluency with a demonstrated ability to scale sourcing and writing workflows defensively.
