What you will do

  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for global GTM teams, specifically for Post-Sales, Customer Success, and Global Services & Support.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and execute best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
  • Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to ensure high-quality talent selection.
  • Monitor recruiting effectiveness using data analysis and dashboards to ensure a consistent candidate flow.
  • Mentor fellow recruiting peers and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • This is a 6-month fixed-term position.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize talent acquisition flow within a high-demand environment.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with experience reporting and analyzing recruiting metrics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience recruiting candidates within the SaaS or Cloud industry.
