What you will do
- Source, recruit, and hire top talent for global GTM teams, specifically for Post-Sales, Customer Success, and Global Services & Support.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
- Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to ensure high-quality talent selection.
- Monitor recruiting effectiveness using data analysis and dashboards to ensure a consistent candidate flow.
- Mentor fellow recruiting peers and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- This is a 6-month fixed-term position.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize talent acquisition flow within a high-demand environment.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with experience reporting and analyzing recruiting metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience recruiting candidates within the SaaS or Cloud industry.
